# План выполнения проекта (BEP)

После получения Информационных требований заказчика (EIR), исполнитель анализирует как он будет выполнять эти требования и формирует документ – план выполнения проекта ([BEP- BIM Execution Plan](https://newtechcom.gitbook.io/newtechcom-and-bep-plan-vypolneniya-proekta/)). Данный документ описывает, каким образом будут достигаться цели заказчика при реализации проекта, с помощью технологии ТИМ. Если EIR содержит пожелания заказчика, то BEP отражает, как должна быть выстроена работа всех участников проекта и какие должны быть использованы при этом инструменты. BEP является основой для взаимодействия проектировщика со строительной организацией и заказчиком для выполнения поставленных задач, и авторского контроля.
