1\.   Создание документации из ЦИМ;

2\.   Отсутствие коллизий между элементами модели ЦИМ;

3\.   Извлечение из ЦИМ Технико-экономических показателей (ТЭП);

4\.   Получение объемов материалов из ЦИМ.
